Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessible software, and how to tell us if something isn't working.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their device or ability. We build and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic, standards-based HTML so the site works with assistive technology.
  • Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Colour contrast that meets AA, checked rather than assumed.
  • Text that resizes and reflows without loss of content.
  • Meaningful alternative text and clear, descriptive links.

    • Known limitations

    Some third-party components, such as the embedded booking tool, are outside our direct control. We choose accessible providers and monitor them — and if you would prefer, we are happy to arrange a call another way rather than through the booking widget.

    Reporting a problem

    If you find something you cannot access, please tell us and we will put it right and provide the information you need in another format. Email hello@softwise.co.uk and we aim to respond within two working days.
