Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

This policy explains how Anureddy Limited (trading as Softwise), registered in England & Wales under company number 11269797, handles your personal data when you use this website or get in touch. We are the data controller for the information described here.

The data we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you:

  • Details you give us — when you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided) and the content of your enquiry.
  • Scheduling data — our booking is powered by Cal.com, which collects the information you enter to arrange a meeting.
  • Technical data — our hosting automatically logs standard information such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and reliable.
  • How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and arrange any meeting you request. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective and existing clients and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.

    Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run this service, each acting only on our instructions: Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling) and Vercel (website hosting). Where any processing involves transfers outside the UK, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

    How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.

    Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.

  • Contact: hello@softwise.co.uk
  • You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
  • Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page. Last updated August 2026.
